Private training is available for clients who want one on one training.
This time can be used to improve your form, break down and troubleshoot exercises, or to have an individualized workout catered to your specific needs.
. You may purchase one private session or book reoccurring private sessions, depending on your needs and desire. Many clients find an initial private session very helpful before their first class, especially if they have a variety of injuries or areas of concern. If 1-on-1 training is not for you, we offer semi-private sessions for 2 or 3 people (rates vary).
Small group sessions and private parties are also available (a minimum of 8 participants is required) starting at $10 person! This is a perfectoption for a girls’ night out, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, church groups, and more! The session can be completely catered to your group, including class type or combination, playlist requests, preferred instructor, etc.
